인터넷 브라우저 끼워팔기 반독점법 사건

얼마 전 청년법조인 해외진출 아카데미에서 미국 공정거래법을 주제로 강의를 하면서 1990년대 후반에 벌어졌던 인터넷 브라우저 끼워팔기 반독점법 사건을 정리할 기회가 있었다.
